Job Summary
SEOSERVICES1 is seeking a visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our agency as a strategic partner. You will be the architect of our overarching market presence and the driving force behind high-level growth strategies for our most critical clients.
We are looking for a seasoned leader who possesses a rare blend of deep technical SEO/Digital knowledge and high-level executive business acumen. You will not only define our agency’s positioning in the global market but also act as a senior consultant for our B2B and eCommerce clients, translating complex market data into massive EBITDA growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the long-term marketing strategy, positioning SEOSERVICES1 as a leader in the global B2B/eCommerce landscape.
- Executive Consulting: Provide high-level strategic guidance to enterprise-tier clients, serving as a trusted advisor to their C-suite stakeholders.
- Revenue & Growth Leadership: Take full ownership of agency-wide growth targets, including client acquisition, brand authority, and revenue expansion.
- Performance Oversight: Oversee the integration of SEO, PPC, Content, and emerging AI technologies into a unified, high-performance ecosystem.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor global market trends (US, UK, Singapore, Australia, South Korea) to identify new service opportunities.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and elevate our senior team to maintain an uncompromising standard of “bankable” results.
Required & Preferred Qualifications
Required: 10+ years of high-level digital marketing leadership, with at least 5 years in a CMO, VP of Marketing, or Principal Consultant role. Proven track record of scaling digital agencies or driving multimillion-dollar growth for B2B/eCommerce brands.
Preferred: Experience as a Founder or Managing Partner of a successful digital agency, proven thought leadership (keynote speaking/publications), and a strong network within B2B SaaS or high-growth eCommerce.
Technical & Financial Skills
- High-Level Analytics: Expert proficiency in interpreting complex data models to make high-stakes business decisions.
- Modern Marketing Stack: Sophisticated understanding of how AI-driven search (SGE), E-E-A-T, and marketing automation intersect.
- Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of EBITDA, CAC/LTV dynamics, and how to align marketing spend with overall corporate financial health.
Soft Skills Required
- Executive Presence: Ability to command a room, influence stakeholders, and communicate complex strategies with total clarity.
- Decisiveness: Proven ability to make high-impact decisions in ambiguous or fast-changing market conditions.
- Cultural Leadership: Ability to cultivate a culture of excellence and high-performance within a remote, global team.
