Digital Marketing Manager
Job Summary
SEOSERVICES1 is looking for a strategic, high-performing Digital Marketing Manager to lead our growth initiatives. You will be responsible for orchestrating multi-channel digital campaigns that drive measurable business impact and ROI for our clients.
We need a modern growth-driver who understands the intersection of data, creativity, and AI-assisted execution. You will bridge the gap between technical search visibility and high-converting performance, ensuring that every touchpoint in the customer journey is optimized for growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Orchestration: Design and execute holistic digital marketing roadmaps that integrate SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
- Performance Optimization: Own the full-funnel marketing strategy, from lead acquisition to conversion, focusing on lowering CAC and improving ROAS.
- AI-Enhanced Workflow: Leverage advanced AI tools for campaign ideation, predictive analytics, and process automation to scale output.
- Data Storytelling: Translate complex analytics from GA4, Google Ads, and social platforms into actionable, “bankable” insights for client stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with SEO specialists, content creators, and external dev teams to ensure brand consistency.
Required & Preferred Qualifications
Required: 5+ years of comprehensive experience in digital marketing, specifically within an agency environment. You possess a proven track record of scaling initiatives and driving significant business growth (EBITDA impact, lead generation, or eCommerce revenue).
Preferred: Experience managing enterprise-level marketing tech stacks, deep expertise in B2B lead generation/high-growth eCommerce, and demonstrated thought leadership.
Technical Skills Required
- Paid Media: Mastery of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads management.
- Analytics & Reporting: Advanced proficiency in GA4, Looker Studio, and CRM integration (HubSpot/Salesforce).
- MarTech Stack: Experience utilizing AI for automation, prompt engineering, and managing modern CMS platforms.
- SEO/Content: Strong understanding of how technical SEO and high-intent content support overall paid efforts.
Soft Skills Required
- Business Acumen: Ability to speak the “language of the boardroom” and connect marketing metrics to bottom-line profitability.
- Communication: Exceptional written/verbal skills with the ability to influence and lead remote teams.
- Proactivity: A self-starter mentality—identifying problems and growth opportunities before they become issues.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Revenue Growth & Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) efficiency.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) across digital assets.
- Client retention and portfolio-wide campaign health metrics.
