eCommerce Manager
Job Summary
SEOSERVICES1 is looking for a strategic, data-driven eCommerce Manager to own the end-to-end performance of our clients’ digital storefronts. You will be responsible for scaling online revenue, optimizing conversion rates, and overseeing the operational health of various eCommerce platforms.
We are looking for a growth-focused architect who understands the entire eCommerce ecosystem—from product merchandising and site architecture to demand generation and post-purchase customer lifetime value (CLV). If you are obsessed with increasing AOV and conversion rates, we want to talk to you.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Growth: Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to drive consistent year-over-year revenue growth for client stores.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Conduct rigorous A/B testing on landing pages, product pages, and checkout flows to maximize conversion rates.
- Merchandising & Inventory: Oversee product catalog strategy, ensuring SEO-optimized descriptions, high-converting imagery, and competitive pricing.
- Traffic & Acquisition: Collaborate with SEO and paid media teams to ensure a steady flow of high-intent traffic to the storefront.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor platform health, identify funnel friction, and translate complex data into actionable growth plans.
- Technology & UX: Manage platform integrations (apps, plugins, APIs) to ensure the storefront is fast, secure, and user-friendly.
Required & Preferred Qualifications
Required: 3–5+ years of experience managing eCommerce storefronts (Shopify, WooCommerce, or BigCommerce). You possess a proven track record of scaling online sales and improving key metrics like AOV, CLV, and conversion rates.
Preferred: Experience managing enterprise-level eCommerce projects, deep expertise in retention marketing (email/SMS automation), and familiarity with headless commerce architecture.
Technical Skills Required
- Platforms: Expert-level mastery of Shopify (or WooCommerce/Magento).
- Analytics: Mastery of GA4 (e-commerce tracking), Google Search Console, and Looker Studio.
- CRO Tools: Proficiency in tools like Hotjar, CrazyEgg, or Google Optimize.
- Operations: Familiarity with order management, shipping logistics, and CRM/Email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp).
Soft Skills Required
- Business Acumen: Ability to connect site performance directly to bottom-line profitability and EBITDA impact.
- Problem-Solving: A diagnostic approach to funnel drop-offs and site performance issues.
- Proactivity: A self-starter who identifies and seizes revenue opportunities without needing hand-holding.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Online Revenue Growth & ROAS.
- Conversion Rate (CR) optimization.
- Average Order Value (AOV).
- Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) and Retention/Repeat Purchase Rates.
