Flutter Mobile Developer

Job Summary

SEOSERVICES1 is looking for a highly skilled, performance-obsessed Flutter Developer to join our team. As we scale our mobile solutions, we need a developer who doesn’t just write code, but engineers robust, high-fidelity mobile experiences.

We are looking for a developer who understands the deep technical architecture of cross-platform development, prioritizes app stability, and delivers pixel-perfect interfaces that compete with native performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Feature Development: Design, build, and maintain high-performance mobile applications using Flutter and Dart for both iOS and Android.
• Technical Execution: Architect scalable app structures, ensuring clean separation of concerns and robust data handling.
• Performance Optimization: Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks (jank) to ensure smooth 60+ FPS performance.
• API Integration: Seamlessly integrate RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and third-party SDKs to create feature-rich, dynamic mobile experiences.
• CI/CD Management: Manage the full mobile development lifecycle, including automated build pipelines and seamless app store deployments.

Required & Preferred Qualifications

Required: 3–5+ years of mobile development experience, with at least 2+ years building production-level applications with Flutter. You possess deep understanding of Dart’s asynchronous programming, state management (e.g., Riverpod/BLoC), and clean architecture patterns.

Preferred: Experience with native development (Swift/Kotlin), familiarity with Firebase/Supabase, and active contribution to the open-source Flutter community.

Technical Skills Required

• Core: Deep mastery of the Flutter Framework and Dart language.
• Architecture: Proficiency in BLoC, Riverpod, or Provider state management patterns.
• Deployment: Proficient in setting up CI/CD pipelines (Codemagic, GitHub Actions, Fastlane).
• UI/UX: Precision in implementing complex layouts and animations using Flutter’s rendering engine.

Soft Skills Required

• Problem-Solving: A “debugger’s mindset”—you view bugs as puzzles to be solved efficiently and permanently.
• Communication: Ability to explain technical constraints to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
• Autonomy: High comfort level working in a remote-first, high-trust environment.

• App Stability: Crash-free sessions and prompt resolution of production issues.
• Performance: Maintaining 60 FPS and optimized app size/startup time.
• Velocity: Predictable delivery of high-quality features within sprint cycles.
