Job Summary
SEOSERVICES1 is seeking a visionary SEO Manager to lead our search strategy division on a contract basis. In this high-impact role, you will be the architect of our clients’ organic growth, bridging the gap between high-level business goals and granular technical execution.
We are looking for a strategic leader who thinks like a business owner. You will oversee strategy and execution, innovate our service offerings, and ensure our strategies remain at the cutting edge of E-E-A-T and modern search algorithm evolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and own the SEO roadmap for high-value client accounts, aligning organic search goals with overall business KPIs.
- Client Management: Act as the primary strategic point of contact for clients, presenting performance reports and translating complex data into business value.
- Advanced Technical Strategy: Oversee complex site migrations, architecture improvements, and site-wide technical SEO initiatives to maximize performance.
- Innovation: Spearhead the adoption of new technologies, including AI-driven search optimization, schema markup strategies, and advanced automation.
- Collaborative Execution: Coordinate with internal and external content, PR, and development partners to ensure a cohesive digital strategy.
Required & Preferred Qualifications
Required: 5+ years of dedicated SEO experience, with 1–2 years in a leadership or senior-level client-facing role. You possess deep B2B/eCommerce expertise and a proven ability to manage projects and drive measurable results.
Preferred: Experience managing multi-account portfolios in an agency model, proficiency in tools like Asana/Jira, and demonstrated thought-leadership (case studies, speaking engagements).
Technical Skills Required
- Advanced Tooling: Mastery of Ahrefs, SEMrush, and advanced auditing tools (Screaming Frog, DeepCrawl).
- Analytics Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in GA4, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio.
- Modern SEO Knowledge: Deep expertise in E-E-A-T, AI-driven search (SGE), and advanced schema architecture.
- Technical Literacy: Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Magento).
Soft Skills Required
- Executive Presence: Ability to present to stakeholders with confidence and clarity in a remote environment.
- Autonomy: Strong self-management skills to thrive in a high-trust, contract-based partnership.
- Analytical Rigor: A data-first approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
