Engagement Model
Before work begins, the delivery model should be confirmed in writing. The scope should identify responsibilities, access requirements, client inputs, approval routes, communication cadence, reporting expectations, and change-control procedures.
If services are delivered remotely, that should be stated clearly. In-person New Jersey support, an office, local staff, or location-specific experience may be mentioned only where verified.
