Social Media Manager
Job Summary
SEOSERVICES1 is looking for a data-driven Social Media Manager to own our clients’ social presence. We aren’t interested in “vanity metrics” like follower counts; we are looking for a strategist who understands how to build community, foster engagement, and drive high-intent traffic that converts.
You will be the voice of our clients’ brands, leveraging social listening, creative storytelling, and platform-specific trends to build a cohesive narrative. If you are obsessed with brand growth and capable of proving the ROI of your efforts through analytics, you are the person we are looking for.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute cross-platform social media strategies that align with broader marketing goals (SEO, Lead Gen, Brand Awareness).
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality, platform-native content—including short-form video (Reels, TikTok, Shorts), professional copywriting, and curated visuals.
- Community Management: Cultivate active, engaged communities by responding to comments, initiating discussions, and monitoring brand sentiment.
- Social Listening: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and search intent to identify new growth opportunities.
- Performance Analysis: Track key metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversion) and iterate strategies based on real-time data.
- AI-Enhanced Efficiency: Utilize AI tools for content ideation, automated scheduling, and performance predictive modeling to scale output without losing the “human touch.”
Required & Preferred Qualifications
Required: 3–5+ years in social media management, with a proven track record in B2B or high-growth eCommerce sectors. You possess a strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to create high-performing content fitting each platform’s culture.
Preferred: Experience using social media management software (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social), proficiency in video editing/graphic design (Canva/CapCut/Adobe), and experience managing large-scale influencer or partner campaigns.
Technical Skills Required
- Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of LinkedIn (B2B), Instagram, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
- Analytics: Mastery of platform-native insights (LinkedIn Analytics, Meta Business Suite) and Google Analytics.
- Tools: Proficient in scheduling tools, social listening software, and AI-assisted content creation workflows.
- SEO Integration: Understanding of social SEO best practices and how to optimize social profiles for search visibility.
Soft Skills Required
- Brand Storytelling: Ability to adopt and maintain diverse brand voices across different client accounts.
- Responsiveness: A sharp eye for trends and the ability to pivot content strategies on short notice.
- Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills for coordinating with designers, writers, and client stakeholders.

- Engagement Quality: Community interactions and brand sentiment.
- Traffic & Conversion: Growth in social-referred traffic and attributed lead generation.
- Content Performance: Reach, video completion rates, and audience growth.
