Job Summary

SEOSERVICES1 is looking for a meticulous WordPress Developer to architect and maintain high-performance web environments. In this role, you will be the technical backbone for our clients, ensuring that every site we manage is secure, lightning-fast, and optimized for both conversion and SEO.

We need a developer who moves beyond basic theme installation. We require a problem-solver capable of deep backend customization, complex API integrations, and proactive maintenance, ensuring that our agency’s output remains at the top of industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Custom Development: Build and maintain custom themes and plugins, ensuring clean, performant, and scalable code.
• Performance Tuning: Optimize site speed, core web vitals, and database performance to meet stringent SEO requirements.
• Security & Maintenance: Implement advanced security protocols, automated backup strategies, and regular updates to ensure 99.9% uptime.
• Infrastructure: Manage server environments, DNS configurations, and complex site migrations with minimal downtime.
• Collaboration: Partner closely with SEO specialists and designers to implement technical changes that drive user experience and search ranking improvements.

Required & Preferred Qualifications

Required: 4+ years of professional WordPress development experience. You have a deep understanding of the WordPress ecosystem, including custom post types, taxonomies, and the WordPress REST API.

Preferred: Expertise in headless WordPress implementations, advanced experience with React/Vue.js within the WP ecosystem, and a strong background in managing high-traffic enterprise sites.

Technical Skills Required

• Languages: Mastery of PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Workflow: Proficient in Git version control, local development environments, and deployment pipelines.
• Database: Strong SQL knowledge and experience in database optimization via phpMyAdmin or command-line tools.
• Tools: Proficiency with Elementor Pro, ACF (Advanced Custom Fields), and performance auditing tools (Lighthouse, GTmetrix).

Soft Skills Required

• Precision: High attention to detail; you pride yourself on bug-free deployments.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to debug complex conflicts quickly in high-stakes environments.
• Documentation: Ability to clearly document your code and technical processes for team-wide accessibility.
